SARDUS Clinic and Testing Payments
Payments are refundable up to one month before the start of the clinic/test. There is a $100 non-refundable deposit included in price.

If you have not paid your dues please do so. To attend a clinic or testing you must be a member in good standing. Your membership must be valid to hold your certification. All dues must renew by the end of January the following year. Please fill out the application following your dues payment. You will receive an email confirmation, if you do not receive this please check your spam folder.
For those that have registered and been accepted for the 2025 Pacific Northwest Clinic please pay here. Full refunds available until September 9, 2025. Payments are due September 9, 2025 to hold your spot.
Clinic- $750 Full accommodations
Audit- $600 full accommodations (limited space)

For those who are confirmed to attend the 2026 Las Vegas Clinic please pay here- $450. To audit the clinic is $200. If you are testing choose to “add to cart” the appropriate test- $50.00. Full refunds are given until Jan 18, 2026.
