SARDUS Clinic and Testing Payments

Payments are refundable up to one month before the start of the clinic/test. There is a $100 non-refundable deposit included in price.

If you have not paid your dues please do so. To attend a clinic or testing you must be a member in good standing. Your membership must be valid to hold your certification. All dues must renew by the end of January the following year. Please fill out the application following your dues payment. You will receive an email confirmation, if you do not receive this please check your spam folder.

For those who are confirmed to attend the 2026 Colorado Clinic please pay here- $450. To audit the clinic is $200. If you are testing choose to “add to cart” the appropriate test- $50.00. Full refunds are given until Sept 16, 2026.
